Joseph joined the Total Staffing Solutions team in 2018. His leadership has built an innovative team-centric culture, that helps Total Staffing service our clients at an elite level. He has spent over 16 years in executive leadership positions and understands the value of continuing to find new ways to promote organizational excellence and individual growth through training and educational opportunities. Joseph holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on finance from North Central College.
Michael LoPresti joined Total Staffing in 2019. As an industry veteran, Mike brings significant experience in direct hire and temporary placements across a wide spectrum of verticals ranging from professional services through supply chain. As Regional Director of our Great Lakes territory, Mike is responsible for driving the overall performance of the branches in the Region. Mike works directly with our COO and other regional directors to develop best practices in recruitment and sales based on industry and market trends. Mike provides strategic initiatives across all of our teams to help meet our client needs and help associates find new career paths while being a subject matter expert and thought leader in the field.
In 1995, Margarita graduated with a Marketing Degree in Mexico City then moved to Chicago in search of the “American Dream”. after working only few years in the marketing field. In 2006, Margarita was introduced to the Staffing Industry. Margarita worked in four different agencies that were each acquired by a larger firm where she received offers to remain on board. In 2016, Margarita started a new job as a human resources assistant, from that moment Margarita knew she had found her calling. In 2017, after 22 years, Margarita returned to school and obtained a master’s degree in Human Resources, which she received with honors. In 2019, Margarita started a new chapter professionally, as a HR Supervisor at Handi-Foil, overseeing two locations, Naperville and Wheeling.
Margarita is happily married outside of the office, she enjoys camping with her Son and Husband. Margarita enjoys travelling around the world and learning new things from different countries
