Safety/Risk Management

We believe in safety first! Our goal is to provide you with safe employees, to create a safe work environment and to prevent accidents and injuries from occurring. Our full time OSHA certified safety supervisor is available to evaluate your facility, and make recommendations. Managing your safety/risk is a top priority.

To further help prevent injuries, we familiarize our candidates with your safety procedures and policies and give them a printed copy of your company's rules and regulations.

If, in spite of these precautions, an accident involving one of our employees should occur, our safety supervisor will perform an onsite investigation to help determine the cause of the injury and give recommendations to avoid a repeat occurrence. Our efforts will reduce the time you spend on investigations and paperwork.

A Total Staffing Solutions employee will be treated at our medical facility, when possible. As the injured party's employer, we are responsible for covering worker's compensation and general liability insurance costs.
